

This conference was located at The Phoenician hotel in Scottsdale/Phoenix AZ, in September 2021.
On the heels of the pandemic, this event focused on fearlessly proclaiming the Eucharist as “The Source
and Summit of the Christian life.” Evoking the Shield of Salvation, the image of a monstrance is designed
on the shield. The wings on either side represent not only the event location (Phoenix) but also the wings
of the Holy Spirit. Subliminally, the shield and wings also portray the facial masks worn during the pandemic and communicates that we must proceed fearlessly with Christ before us. The choice of deep purples, gold, and blue were drawn from Pentecost purple, Mary’s blue mantle, and royal kingship. Elements of the logo work well independently as well as together.
